At Eternalperfumeoils, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure that the perfume oil is in its original, unopened packaging and that at least 95% of the product remains to qualify for a return.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Safely pack the glass bottles in their original box with protective cushioning to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back using a trackable shipping service; once inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
